What you will need to get started
To personalize and create your own First National Bank debit card you must have an existing First National Bank debit card. Your debit card must start with this series of numbers - 5461 2752.

Requirements and Fees
- Unless waived as part of a promotion or as part of your deposit account type, there is a $15.00 fee for purchasing a Take Your Pic photo debit card. The $15.00 fee will be charged to your account each time you submit a new image and First National Bank issues a new Take Your Pic photo debit card.
- Continue using your standard debit card until your Take Your Pic photo debit card arrives.
- A computer generated secret P.I.N. (Personal Identification Number) will be delivered approximately two business days after your Photo Debit Card arrives.
- An existing First National Bank checking account relationship is required.
- Please allow 10 - 14 days to receive your First National Bank "Take Your Pic" debit card.
